این هم یک نسخه کم حجم شده دلفی 7

که تمامی فیکس ها و اپدیتها روی این نسخه نصب هست و Rtl/VCL های این نسخه با نسخه delphi11 به همون delphi 2007 ارتقا پیدا کرده فایلهای اضافه و بخشهایی که کمتر مورد نیاز بودن حذف شده تا حجمش بیشتر از پیش پایین بیاد و قابلیت جالبش هم اینه که نیاز به نصب نداره و به صورت portable هست
